From Nenagh (Roscrea, Birr etc)

Take the M7 towards Limerick (or the old N7 road through Birdhill if you prefer, see below)
Continue on the motorway to Limerick, and come off at the exit 30, signposted Cork M20. In 1km, take the first slip-road to the left, signposted R926 Dooradoyle.
At the top of the slip-road, take the third exit at the roundabout, signposted R926 Dooradoyle, and Old Crescent rugby club. This brings you on the bridge over the motorway.
Immediately you meet another roundabout, take the second exit signposted R926 Dooradoyle and Garryowen.
In a couple of hundred metres there is another roundabout, take the third exit, signposted R926 Dooradoyle and Regional Hospital.
Almost immediately you meet another roundabout, take the second exit, signposted R926 Dooradoyle and Regional Hospital.
The road bends to the left and there is a road-sign with children on it. On the left is Limerick Islamic Cultural Centre (Mosque), then Moore Stephens Patrick McNamara Accountants and then a blue sign for Crescent Veterinary Clinic on the left. There is parking available.

If you prefer the N7 through Birdhill, at Birdhill, continue straight at the new roundabout towards Limerick.
Continue straight at Daly’s Cross.
At the Castleconnell roundabout, continue straight for R445 Limerick / N7.
At the Newport roundabout, take the second exit, which is signposted Cork M20, Regional Hospital and for the airport. Then follow the directions as outlined above.

From Galway / Ennis

Avoiding the motorway:

Drive to Limerick on the N18
At the Coonagh roundabout take the third exit and stay on the N18 heading towards Tralee / Cork
At the Shannonbridge roundabout, take the third exit onto the Dock Road

After the Topaz petrol station on the left, turn left at the traffic lights (sign-posted Mary I). Continue straight on this road over speed bumps and through two small roundabouts.
At the traffic lights at Patrick Punches, turn right onto the Ballincurra Road. Go staight through the traffic lights and continue over the new bridge.
At the roundabout, take the first exit, keeping the Crescent shopping centre on your left.
Continue past the entrance to the shopping centre on Dooradoyle Road towards Cork M20
On the right, you pass Dooradoyle Leisure Club, Garryowen, FBD and O2.
After the traffic lights, you will see Crescent Veterinary Clinic on your right, with a blue sign outside it. There is parking available.

OR use the motorway which will save much time. After you exit the Shannon tunnel, take the second exit for Tralee and Roxboro. Stay in the lane for Tralee and this will bring you onto the M20 for Cork. In 1km, take the first slip-road to the left, signposted R926 Dooradoyle.

From Mallow

Approach Limerick on the M20, passing Buttevant and Charleville, and bypassing Croom.
This road then merges via a slip road with the M20 Limerick, also signposted N7 Dublin.
Travel 8km, passing two other exits (Patrickswell and Galway/Shannon/Regional Hospital). Take the third exit which is exit 2, signposted R926 Dooradoyle, Garryowen and Old Crescent.
Take this slip road, and at the top you come to a roundabout. Take the first exit for Dooradoyle, Garryowen.
In a couple of hundred metres there is another roundabout, take the third exit, signposted R926 Dooradoyle and Regional Hospital.
Very soon you meet another roundabout, take the second exit, signposted R926 Dooradoyle and Regional Hospital.
The road bends to the left and there is a road-sign with children on it. On the left is Limerick Mosque, then Moore Stephens Patrick McNamara Accountants and then a blue sign for Crescent Veterinary Clinic on the left. There is parking available.

From Tipperary Town

Travel on the N24 to Limerick. 8km past Boher, at the Ballysimon Junction, turn left onto the ramp sign-posted Cork M20, along with signs for the airport and the Regional Hospital. Merge onto the M7. Continue on the motorway for 3.7 kilometers, and come off at the first exit, signposted Cork M20, which is exit 30. In 1km, take the first slip-road to the left, signposted R926 Dooradoyle.
